To create this page you will need 1 piece of card stock and 1 piece of double sided paper
Matt your photos with some of the patterned paper make a template of a cup cake (mine is approx 7cm high) trace around the templates you have created then cut out, stick the top of the cup cake to the bottom with double sided tape then stick on you page raising some with dimentional foam tape. Decorate your cup cakes with kindy Glitz bling or any thing you like then add your title to the page.
